Orders placed Friday after 2:00 p.m. will be shipped the first coming Monday or Tuesday.
Products requiring temperature control
It is imperative that you opt for express shipping for particular items. It is crucial to note that UPS Next Day must be utilized for all toxin products and specific peels. Ensuring that your packages are securely transported and kept at the correct temperature is imperative. These guidelines must be followed to achieve this goal.
We would like to inform you that your order will be shipped with an ice pack in a protective thermal bag to ensure its safety during transit.

USPS Priority Mail is not an expedited or guaranteed service and typically delivers within the lower 48 states within 1-5 days of acceptance by USPS. The same day as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment email with a tracking number enabling you to follow your order from when it is picked up from the warehouse until it arrives at your desired shipping destination.
Filler Lux is not responsible for errors in delivery where the delivery address provided by the customer is wrong or where the customer has made changes during transit. We're sorry, but we cannot refund shipping costs or provide reshipment for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to our warehouse as undeliverable. If tracking shows your package is sent back to us as undeliverable, send us a message - we can refund the order total, minus shipping, either as a store credit or directly back to your payment method. It is unfortunately not possible to pick up orders in our warehouse.
Lost parcels & delayed shipments
Please be advised that Filler Lux USA cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of products that may occur during the shipping process. However, we understand that receiving damaged goods can be frustrating and inconvenient, and we recommend that you contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim in the event that your order arrives in a damaged condition. To assist with the claim process, we suggest that you retain all packaging materials and damaged products until the claim is resolved. In the unfortunate event that your package is lost during shipment, we advise that you file a claim with the shipping carrier or insurance company in a timely manner.
Packages that have been suspended in customs duties
Please note it is the importer (customer) 's responsibility to know a country's rules and regulations. If a package is stopped in customs, we advise you to contact your local customs office and either try to have the box released or reject it and resend it to us. Once we receive the returned package, we will refund the value of the products. Please note we only make a refund if we receive the returned package - we do not take responsibility for seized goods.

Rejuran S (scar) contains long-chain polymeric nucleotides derived from salmon DNA. These highly purified long-chain polynucleotides have a high water binding capacity and viscoelasticity that is suitable for reconstruction and improvement in the appearance of your skin. It induces collagen synthesis and healing of the skin structure.
Acne scarring is most commonly treated with skin resurfacing procedures such as CO2 Lasers, or fractional radiofrequency treatments. Rejuran s can work together with fractional resurfacing lasers (such as CO2, clear and brilliant) to target depressed acne scars. It builds on the ability of polynucleotide in plumping up depressed scars by creating a three-dimensional scaffold for collagen formation.
Rejuran S helps to reduce the appearance of acne scarring by inducing collagen reproduction and healing of the skin structure. The texture of Rejuran S is more viscous and gel-like compared to Rejuran Healer, and it acts as a filler to fill up sunken scars, and at the same time, rejuvenating properties of Rejuran S will repair the skin at the dermis. Rejuran S promotes tissue restoration, helps in the reconstruction and improvement of the physical appearance and is an optimal treatment for acne scars.
How many treatments will I require?
Similar to Rejuran Healer, full effects of treatment will take time. At least 3 treatments are usually required to produce a visible and more lasting effect.
Most patients will require 3-4 treatments at monthly intervals, or until the appearance of the scar is satisfactory.
