USPS Priority Mail is not an expedited or guaranteed service and typically delivers within the lower 48 states within 1-5 days of acceptance by USPS. The same day as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment email with a tracking number enabling you to follow your order from when it is picked up from the warehouse until it arrives at your desired shipping destination.
Filler Lux is not responsible for errors in delivery where the delivery address provided by the customer is wrong or where the customer has made changes during transit. We're sorry, but we cannot refund shipping costs or provide reshipment for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to our warehouse as undeliverable. If tracking shows your package is sent back to us as undeliverable, send us a message - we can refund the order total, minus shipping, either as a store credit or directly back to your payment method. Packages that have been suspended in customs duties

Cautions:
1. Do not apply to the following people:

3. Warnings of usage:
- External use only. Avoid contact with the eyes and nose.
- Recommend NOT to use repeatedly on the same area.

- Store at room temperature away from light and moisture. Do not freeze.
- Keep this product away from heat and open flames.
- For best results, SM Numbing cream should be applied 20 to 30 minutes before the procedure. The anesthetic effect should last about an hour.
Derma Shine NUMBING CREAM PRODUCT INSTRUCTION
Lidoc. is volatile ingredient.
Please make sure to close the cover tightly every time after using, otherwise anesthetic effect will be less.
Please follow the instruction to maximize the anesthetic effect.
1. Apply thick amount of the cream on the treatment area.
2. Cover the applied area with the plastic wrap to help absorbing lidoc. into the skin.
3. After 25 to 35 minutes, remove the plastic wrap, clean the cream off with cotton and saline water.
Leave the cream on the skin longer for better result, normally 30 minutes will be enough for micro needling, skin boosters infusion, laser treatments. If you are doing tattoo, leave it on for more than 45 minutes.
Don’t remove the plastic wrap until you feel the numbing effect.
