Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! You can contact us via WhatsApp or email. Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Filler Lux takes quality extremely seriously. Our commitment to our customers is to provide only the best possible products. Furthermore, we want our customers to feel completely secure and satisfied with their purchases. That's why we proudly offer a comprehensive 30-day return warranty. This warranty guarantees that any defective products can be returned or compensated within 30 days. Defects can include poor materials, noticeable color differences, or significant deviations from the product's advertised appearance.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
