Orders placed Friday after 2:00 p.m. will be shipped the first coming Monday or Tuesday.
Products requiring temperature control

USPS Priority Mail is not an expedited or guaranteed service and typically delivers within the lower 48 states within 1-5 days of acceptance by USPS. The same day as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment email with a tracking number enabling you to follow your order from when it is picked up from the warehouse until it arrives at your desired shipping destination.
Filler Lux is not responsible for errors in delivery where the delivery address provided by the customer is wrong or where the customer has made changes during transit. We're sorry, but we cannot refund shipping costs or provide reshipment for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to our warehouse as undeliverable. If tracking shows your package is sent back to us as undeliverable, send us a message - we can refund the order total, minus shipping, either as a store credit or directly back to your payment method. It is unfortunately not possible to pick up orders in our warehouse.
Lost parcels & delayed shipments
Please be advised that Filler Lux USA cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of products that may occur during the shipping process. However, we understand that receiving damaged goods can be frustrating and inconvenient, and we recommend that you contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim in the event that your order arrives in a damaged condition. To assist with the claim process, we suggest that you retain all packaging materials and damaged products until the claim is resolved. In the unfortunate event that your package is lost during shipment, we advise that you file a claim with the shipping carrier or insurance company in a timely manner.
Packages that have been suspended in customs duties
Please note it is the importer (customer) 's responsibility to know a country's rules and regulations. If a package is stopped in customs, we advise you to contact your local customs office and either try to have the box released or reject it and resend it to us. Once we receive the returned package, we will refund the value of the products. Please note we only make a refund if we receive the returned package - we do not take responsibility for seized goods.

Aquashine Soft BR is an injectable dermal filler for correction and prevention of age-related skin changes. Aquashine Soft BR has a well-balanced composition that exerts complex anti-aging and regenerative effect. Oligopeptides-34 and -51 promote brightening of pigment spots and flattering of skin tone. Peptides-72 and -23 activate skin cells proliferation, provide smoothing of current wrinkles and prevent formation of new folds. In addition, these oligopeptides inhibit degradation of natural hyaluronic acid that effectively sustains skin elasticity. Hyaluronic acid in the composition of Aquashine Soft BR deeply moistures skin derma thus enhancing the regenerative effect of injections. The combination of oligopeptides and potent moisturizing agent is also quite effective for the treatment of pitted acne scars, face hydrops, dark patches and baggy skin below the eyes.
