Shipping Policy
Your order means a lot to us, which is why we’re dedicated to providing fast, safe, and reliable delivery services for all of our items. You can find available delivery options for each item on its product page, and you’ll be able to select your preferred option at Checkout.
Orders placed after 2:00pm will be shipped the following working day.
Orders placed Friday after 2:00pm will be shipped the first coming Monday.
Backorders
In the event that we do not have all the products from your order in stock, the dispatch will usually be 3-6 working days later unless otherwise informed.

USPS Priority Mail is not an expedited or guaranteed service, and typically provides delivery within the lower 48 states within 1-5 days of acceptance by USPS. The same day as your order is shipped you will receive a shipment email with tracking number enabling you to follow your order from it is picked up from warehouse until it arrives to your desired shipping destination.
Filler Lux is not responsible for errors in delivery where the delivery address provided by the customer is wrong or where the customer has made changes during its transit. We're sorry, but we're unable to refund shipping costs or provide reshipment for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to our warehouse as undeliverable. If tracking shows your package is sent back to us as undeliverable, send us a message - we can refund the order total, minus shipping, either as a store credit or directly back to your payment method. It is unfortunately not possible to pick-up orders in our warehouse.
Lost parcels & delayed shipments
The maximum delivery time within the USA | Canada | Mexico is sixty (60) working days, as established by USA law. The maximum delivery time to Europe is sixty (60) working days, as established by EU customs. However, it is very unusual that a delivery will take more than 1-3 working days in USA and 4-8 working days in Europe. If a package is delayed or miss a scan we will start a case at our forwarders, but we cannot resend or refund a package until after the sixty (60) working days for USA and sixty (60) working days for Europe. If your order is marked as delivered by USPS, but you have not received it, you will need to contact USPS. We have no control over the delivery process. Issues regarding missing or delayed packages will be handled by USPS. We are unable to provide refunds or reshipments for orders marked as delivered by USPS but reported as missing. Packages which have been suspended in custom duties
Please note it is the responsibility of the importer (customer) to know the rules and regulations of a country. If a package is stopped in customs we advise you to contact your local customs office and either try to have the package released or reject it and have it resend to us. Once we receive the returned package we will refund the value of the products. Please note we only make a refund if we receive the returned package - we do not take responsibility of seized goods.
