Orders placed Friday after 2:00 p.m. will be shipped the first coming Monday or Tuesday.
Products requiring temperature control

USPS Priority Mail is not an expedited or guaranteed service and typically delivers within the lower 48 states within 1-5 days of acceptance by USPS. The same day as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment email with a tracking number enabling you to follow your order from when it is picked up from the warehouse until it arrives at your desired shipping destination.
Filler Lux is not responsible for errors in delivery where the delivery address provided by the customer is wrong or where the customer has made changes during transit. We're sorry, but we cannot refund shipping costs or provide reshipment for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to our warehouse as undeliverable. If tracking shows your package is sent back to us as undeliverable, send us a message - we can refund the order total, minus shipping, either as a store credit or directly back to your payment method. It is unfortunately not possible to pick up orders in our warehouse.
Lost parcels & delayed shipments
Please be advised that Filler Lux USA cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of products that may occur during the shipping process. However, we understand that receiving damaged goods can be frustrating and inconvenient, and we recommend that you contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim in the event that your order arrives in a damaged condition. To assist with the claim process, we suggest that you retain all packaging materials and damaged products until the claim is resolved. In the unfortunate event that your package is lost during shipment, we advise that you file a claim with the shipping carrier or insurance company in a timely manner.
Packages that have been suspended in customs duties
Please note it is the importer (customer) 's responsibility to know a country's rules and regulations. If a package is stopped in customs, we advise you to contact your local customs office and either try to have the box released or reject it and resend it to us. Once we receive the returned package, we will refund the value of the products. Please note we only make a refund if we receive the returned package - we do not take responsibility for seized goods.

With the Facial Smoothing Fluid you get the ideal homecare product for your home. More precisely, this product keeps the pH of your skin low, which prolongs the duration of the PRX-T33 treatment and ensures an optimal result. The Facial Smoothing Fluid is a dermocosmetic containing glycolic acid and is suitable for all skin types. Both young skin with impurities and mature skin, including men's skin, where the depth of wrinkles is reduced.
The 4 steps to a perfect PRX result
STEP 1: P-Solution pre-cleaning
Effect: The skin's pH is lowered to an optimum level and prepared for the upcoming PRX-T33 treatment.
Application: Clean the treatment area with the P-Solution and then dry the area thoroughly.
STEP 2: TREATMENT with PRX-T33
Effect: Biorevitalization for facial skin, which immensely improves the appearance of the skin.
Application: Apply PRX-T33 manually on the skin and massage it with the fingers or a spatula. Depending on the thickness of the skin, 2-5 layers are applied until a noticeable firmness of the skin is achieved. Usually this is achieved after the 3rd layer.
STEP 3: CLEANING
Application: Once the noticeable firmness has been achieved, remove/rinse off any residue left on the skin with water.
No neutralisation of PRX-T33 is necessary.
SCHRITT 4: Follow up with Post-Dry / normal facial skin or Post-Dry / dry facial skin or Post-Dry / body cream
Effect: PRX-T33 dries the skin. These creams restore the hydrolipidic film on the skin and thus renew the skin's natural barrier function. The result is an intense hydration.
Mory Tip: For a prolonged effect, we recommend the Smoothing Facial Fluid as a homecare product. With the help of glycolic acid, the product ensures that the skin's pH value remains low and PRX-T33 has a longer-lasting effect. It also has a wrinkle prevention effect.
What makes PRX-T33 so special?
A fresh, youthful facial skin is certainly at the top of most people's wish list. However, advancing age leaves its mark on the fine, sensitive facial skin. The first wrinkles, but also incorrect pigmentation, can be a problem for many people. PRX-T33 is the right choice for anyone who wants a care product that is as uncomplicated as possible but still effective for targeted revitalisation of the skin. Slack skin is visibly tightened and regains a fresh appearance. Scars, for example those caused by acne, are also softened. Powerful combination of active ingredients
To achieve such an amazing effect from the very first application, PRX-T33 uses a very special combination of active ingredients. The product is based on the substance trichloroacetic acid (TCA) and H202. TCA enables H202 to penetrate the upper layers of the skin to trigger regeneration processes. The special feature is that H202 is applied in a particularly low concentration and at the same time moderates the effect of the TCA. The substances complement each other in their mode of action and additionally stimulate the collagen formation of the tissue. The fuller, firmer appearance of the skin is thus further enhanced in the days following the treatment. Other ingredients in this product include kojic acid, which has a slight skin-lightening effect. First hyperpigmentations disappear quickly.
