Filler Lux Shipping Policy

 

Welcome to Filler Lux. We ask that you carefully read our Shipping Policy to understand how we handle the delivery of your orders. By placing an order with Filler Lux, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy. We encourage you to review this information before making a purchase. Should you have any questions or require assistance, our Customer Support team is available to help.

 

1. Shipping Address

 

All orders will be dispatched to the shipping address provided by the customer during the checkout process. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete. Filler Lux cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or failure to collect from a designated collection point, will require the purchase of new shipping before orders can be reshipped. If customers opt to cancel and request a refund, the refund will be processed minus the shipping and return shipping costs. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee will apply. We regret that shipping costs cannot be refunded or reshipments provided for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned as undeliverable. Should your package be returned to us as undeliverable, you may request a refund of the order total, minus shipping and restocking fees, either as store credit or back to your original payment method.

 

If you realize that you have provided an incorrect address and the order has not yet shipped, you can change or cancel the order in your personal account. Please note that Filler Lux cannot cancel or alter orders that have already been dispatched.

 

2. Shipping Timeframes

 

Shipping timeframes are outlined on our website and may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected during checkout. While we strive to fulfill and ship orders within the specified timeframes, please be aware that shipping times may be subject to delays during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances. The total time from placing the order to delivery includes a ‘Processing’ period (time for us to pick, pack, and ship the order) and a ‘Shipping’ period, which begins when our shipping partners receive the goods. We endeavor to keep the ‘Processing’ period within the stated timeframe, but ‘Shipping’ periods are subject to the shipping carrier’s network capacities, with quoted timeframes based on typical carrier delivery times.

 

3. Handling Time

 

Orders placed before 12 PM EST (UTC-05) will be dispatched the same day, while those placed after this time will be shipped the next business day. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays. We make every effort to minimize shipment delays during holidays and other non-operational periods.

 

4. Shipping Methods

 

Filler Lux offers a variety of shipping methods, including standard and expedited options. The availability of these methods may vary depending on your shipping destination, the size, and the weight of your order. You can select your preferred shipping method during the checkout process.

 

5. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the cart, shipping address, and order value and will be displayed during checkout for your review. We offer various shipping services, which will vary based on cart weight and shipping address. Free shipping is available for select addresses on orders over $100 (excluding digital products, temperature-sensitive items, Route Package Protection, taxes, or other duties). Free shipping must be selected during checkout and is not automatically applied. Filler Lux reserves the right to modify or remove the free shipping offer at any time without notice. Should our shipping costs exceed the value of the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order or request additional payment to cover shipping expenses.

 

6. Tracking Information

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress. Please note that it can take up to 2 business days for tracking information to become available after the carrier has collected your order.

 

7. Shipping Restrictions and Exclusions

 

Filler Lux reserves the right to impose shipping restrictions and exclusions based on factors including but not limited to:

 

Legal restrictions or regulations in certain countries or regions.

Incomplete or inaccurate shipping address information.

Payment issues, such as failed transactions or fraud concerns.

Unforeseen events or natural disasters impacting shipping operations.

 

We may contact customers to request additional information or documentation to fulfill certain orders. If an item or order is unavailable for fulfillment due to a restriction or exclusion, and payment has already been made, a refund will be processed according to our standard refund policy.

 

8. International Shipping

 

We offer international shipping to numerous countries. However, please be aware that customs and import regulations vary by country. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their respective governments. Filler Lux is not liable for additional fees or charges requested by authorities before goods are delivered. Goods held by customs are at the customer’s expense. Orders abandoned or refused due to unpaid customs charges will be subject to all return shipping costs, including the original outbound shipping cost. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of their country’s import regulations. If a package is held at customs, we recommend contacting your local customs office to either release the package or have it returned to us. A refund for the products will only be processed once the returned package is received by us. Please note that Filler Lux does not take responsibility for seized goods.

 

9. Products Requiring Temperature Control

 

Filler Lux assumes responsibility for the safety of temperature-sensitive products only when the customer opts for UPS Next Day delivery. In all other circumstances, Filler Lux cannot be held liable for delays, damages, or temperature violations occurring during transit. Claims made under these circumstances will be dismissed. Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate shipping method during checkout. For specific items, express shipping is mandatory, particularly for toxin products and specific peels. Orders for temperature-sensitive items will be shipped with an ice pack in a protective thermal bag to maintain their safety during transit. Please select UPS Next Day delivery to ensure the product maintains its quality upon arrival.

 

10. Backorders

 

If we do not have all the products from your order in stock, dispatch will typically occur within 3-6 business days unless otherwise informed.

12. Lost Parcels & Delayed Shipments

 

Filler Lux cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage of products during shipping. However, if your order arrives in a damaged condition, we recommend contacting the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged products until the claim is resolved. In the unfortunate event that your package is lost during shipment, we advise filing a claim with the shipping carrier or insurance company promptly.

 

13. Package Insurance

 

We strongly encourage adding delivery insurance to your order.
