Shipping Policy

By placing an order on our website, you accept the terms and conditions below. The company’s Filler Lux USA, Filler Lux Korea, and Filler Lux UK manage the Website to ensure mutual agreement and understanding between both parties while also providing a framework of protection and clear expectations for our service. Your order means a lot to us, so we’re dedicated to providing fast, safe, and reliable delivery services for all our items. You can find available delivery options for each item on its product page and select your preferred option at Checkout.

Filler Lux carries a large stock of the most popular aesthetic products in our warehouse, and we can service and ship your order on the same day.
We aim to ship Wholesale orders within one business day of receiving them. 
Handling time is 1-2 business days.

Products requiring temperature control
Filler Lux assumes responsibility for the safety of goods that require temperature control only in the instance that the customer opts for UPS Next Day delivery. In all other circumstances, such as with UPS 2nd Day delivery, Filler Lux cannot be held accountable for any delays, damages, or temperature violations that occur during transportation. Any claims made under such circumstances will be dismissed.
When placing your order, be sure to choose the appropriate delivery method. Please be aware that it is the responsibility of the buyer to select the proper shipping option.
Filler Lux is not responsible for any damages that are the result of choosing the wrong shipping option.

It is imperative that you opt for express shipping for particular items. It is crucial to note that UPS Next Day must be utilized for all toxin products and specific peels. Ensuring that your packages are securely transported and kept at the correct temperature is imperative. These guidelines must be followed to achieve this goal.
We would like to inform you that your order will be shipped with an ice pack in a protective thermal bag to ensure its safety during transit.
We would like to remind everyone that when selecting delivery options for products marked KEEP COLD, it is crucial to be cautious. At Filler Lux Company, we take our responsibility seriously in maintaining the temperature regime and ensuring the quality of our products. Therefore, we can only guarantee the quality of the product if UPS Next Day delivery is selected. This delivery option ensures that we can maintain the temperature of the product and that it arrives at your doorstep in optimal condition.
If we do not have all the products from your order in stock, the dispatch will usually be 3-6 working days later unless otherwise informed.

  • UPS (Ground second day, Next day)
  • USPS


Courier, tracking number & delivery time

USPS Priority Mail is not an expedited or guaranteed service and typically delivers within the lower 48 states within 1-5 days of acceptance by USPS. The same day as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment email with a tracking number enabling you to follow your order from when it is picked up from the warehouse until it arrives at your desired shipping destination. 
It should be noted that Filler Lux Company cannot be held liable for any delivery delays that may occur due to USPS Priority Mail. It is essential to keep in mind that estimated delivery times will be provided upon selection of the aforementioned shipping service during the order placement process.
Most products shipped by Filler Lux will carry a minimum of six months remaining shelf life, with some exceptions where we will contact the customer before shipment.

What if i have indicated wrong address?

Filler Lux is not responsible for errors in delivery where the delivery address provided by the customer is wrong or where the customer has made changes during transit.  The cost of delivery and 15% restocking fee will be charged if the address was not correctly indicated. We're sorry, but we cannot refund shipping costs or provide reshipment for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to our warehouse as undeliverable.  If tracking shows your package is sent back to us as undeliverable, send us a message - we can refund the order total, minus shipping, either as a store credit or directly back to your payment method. It is unfortunately not possible to pick up orders in our warehouse.
If you provided an incorrect address, and it was not shipped yet you can make changes to the order in your personal account. Filer Lux cannot cancel an order that has been sent. If the order was already sent, please cancel the order from your personal account. And create a new order indicating the correct address.

Lost parcels & delayed shipments

Please be advised that Filler Lux USA cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of products that may occur during the shipping process. However, we understand that receiving damaged goods can be frustrating and inconvenient, and we recommend that you contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim in the event that your order arrives in a damaged condition. To assist with the claim process, we suggest that you retain all packaging materials and damaged products until the claim is resolved. In the unfortunate event that your package is lost during shipment, we advise that you file a claim with the shipping carrier or insurance company in a timely manner. 

Packages that have been suspended in customs duties

Please note it is the importer (customer) 's responsibility to know a country's rules and regulations. If a package is stopped in customs, we advise you to contact your local customs office and either try to have the box released or reject it and resend it to us. Once we receive the returned package, we will refund the value of the products. Please note we only make a refund if we receive the returned package - we do not take responsibility for seized goods. 
In any case, please  consider route insurance option, which we strongly recommend you. This option can provide added protection and assurance for your delivery. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
