Products requiring temperature control

USPS Priority Mail is not an expedited or guaranteed service and typically delivers within the lower 48 states within 1-5 days of acceptance by USPS. The same day as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment email with a tracking number enabling you to follow your order from when it is picked up from the warehouse until it arrives at your desired shipping destination.
Filler Lux is not responsible for errors in delivery where the delivery address provided by the customer is wrong or where the customer has made changes during transit. We're sorry, but we cannot refund shipping costs or provide reshipment for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to our warehouse as undeliverable. If tracking shows your package is sent back to us as undeliverable, send us a message - we can refund the order total, minus shipping, either as a store credit or directly back to your payment method. It is unfortunately not possible to pick up orders in our warehouse.
Lost parcels & delayed shipments
Please be advised that Filler Lux USA cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of products that may occur during the shipping process. However, we understand that receiving damaged goods can be frustrating and inconvenient, and we recommend that you contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim in the event that your order arrives in a damaged condition. To assist with the claim process, we suggest that you retain all packaging materials and damaged products until the claim is resolved. In the unfortunate event that your package is lost during shipment, we advise that you file a claim with the shipping carrier or insurance company in a timely manner.
Packages that have been suspended in customs duties
Please note it is the importer (customer) 's responsibility to know a country's rules and regulations. If a package is stopped in customs, we advise you to contact your local customs office and either try to have the box released or reject it and resend it to us. Once we receive the returned package, we will refund the value of the products. Please note we only make a refund if we receive the returned package - we do not take responsibility for seized goods.

CYTOCARE is a range of resorbable implant composed of Hyaluronic acid + Rejuvenating complex, injectable by micro-injections into superficial dermis and medium dermis of peri-orbital and perioral lines (vertical lip lines).
Cytocare 502 contains hyaluronic acid (2mg) and a multivitamin complex (ascorbic acid, retinol, thiamine, pyridoxine, tocopherol etc). All this ingredients contributes to the rejuvenation and optimal and long-lasting hydration of the skin. Thanks to its high protective and anti-oxidant properties, this product softens the first wrinkles, preserves the elasticity and tone of the skin, restores hydration and improves facial radiance.
Cytocare 502 is a a product range designed by the Revitacare laboratory. It is a product designed for patients between 25 and 35 years old (intermediate skins).

2. Who should not use Cytocare ?
This product should not be administered to:

3. Which area can Cytocare 502 inject?
This hyaluronic acid product should be injected between the dermis and epidermis with a needle, at the doctor’s office.
It can also be used with a Roller Derma or a Derma Pen (available on our shop). For each treatment, a maximum of one phial should be used. Treatments should be spaced at least 1 week apart and maintenance sessions should be scheduled once the desired results have been achieved.
*Do not inject into eyes circles, glabella wrinkles & lips.
4. How long do effects last for?
To begin with, 3 sessions with 3 weeks intervals, then maintenance of the results by 1 session every 3 months. However there are many factors which determine the longevity of effects, including the individuals age, lifestyle and level of treatment required.
5. What are the associated side effects of Cytocare?
Some redness, mild swelling and discomfort may occur at the site of injection. Resolution usually occurs with two to three days.
