Filler Lux tiene un gran stock de los productos estéticos más populares en nuestro almacén y, por lo tanto, estamos en condiciones de atender y enviar su pedido el mismo día.
Los pedidos realizados antes de las 3:00 p. m. se enviarán el mismo día.
Los pedidos realizados después de las 15:00 horas se enviarán el siguiente día laborable.
Los pedidos realizados el viernes después de las 3:00 p. m. se enviarán el primer lunes siguiente.

En el caso de que no dispongamos de todos los productos de tu pedido en stock, el envío suele ser de 3-6 días laborables más tarde salvo que se informe lo contrario.
Mensajero, número de seguimiento y tiempo de entrega
El mismo día en que se envía su pedido, recibirá un correo electrónico de envío con un número de seguimiento que le permitirá seguir su pedido desde que se recoge del almacén hasta que llega al destino de envío deseado.
La mayoría de los productos enviados por Filler Lux tendrán un mínimo de 6 meses de vida útil restante, con algunas excepciones en las que nos comunicaremos con el cliente antes del envío.
Filler Lux no es responsable de los errores en la entrega cuando la dirección de entrega proporcionada por el cliente sea incorrecta o cuando el cliente haya realizado cambios durante su tránsito.
Lamentablemente, no es posible recoger los pedidos en nuestro almacén.
Paquetes perdidos y envíos retrasados
El tiempo máximo de entrega dentro de los EE. UU. | Canadá | México es de sesenta (60) días hábiles, según lo establece la ley de Estados Unidos. El plazo máximo de entrega a Europa es de sesenta (60) días laborables, tal y como establece la aduana de la UE. Sin embargo, es muy inusual que una entrega tarde más de 1 a 3 días hábiles en EE. UU. y de 4 a 8 días hábiles en Europa. Si un paquete se retrasa o no se escanea, iniciaremos un caso con nuestros transportistas, pero no podemos reenviar ni reembolsar un paquete hasta después de los sesenta (60) días hábiles para EE. UU. y los sesenta (60) días hábiles para Europa.
Paquetes que han sido suspendidos en derechos de aduana
Tenga en cuenta que es responsabilidad del importador (cliente) conocer las normas y reglamentos de un país. Si un paquete se detiene en la aduana, le recomendamos que se comunique con su oficina de aduanas local e intente que el paquete sea liberado o lo rechace y nos lo reenvíe. Una vez que recibamos el paquete devuelto le reembolsaremos el valor de los productos. The peeling formula works very gently on the skin, causing minimal irritation and a long-lasting refreshing effect, and the treatment procedure can be used year-round. The peeling is dedicated to renewing mature, dry, and tired skins that lack radiance and tone.
It was also dedicated to sensitive skin, including the revitalization of the skin of the eyelids and eye area. The synergistic combination of acids positively influences the renewal of the skin and hydrolipidic mantle, providing a long-lasting moisturizing effect. The content of lactic acid accelerates the rate of epidermal cell replacement, giving a long-lasting impact of skin refreshment, without the feeling of dryness. In addition, with the participation of tranexamic acid, the treatment inhibits melanogenic processes, effectively reducing the formation of discoloration and hyperpigmentation. Thanks to the powerful antioxidant ferulic acid, it perfectly alleviates the consequences of exogenous aging. It immunizes the skin against ultraviolet radiation and the negative impact of pollution, smog and other environmental factors.
We recommend combining the procedure with HYDRA ROYAL PEEL with HYDRA ROYAL Booster, HYDRA ROYAL 60mg and HYDRA ROYAL MASK to optimize treatment effects.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE HYDRA ROYAL PEEL:
Product for professional use only.
Before using HYDRA ROYAL PEEL, cleanse and degrease the skin with PREPEEL LOTION 1. Take about 1.5ml of Hydra Royal Peel into a sterile syringe. Apply the product topically in a thin layer to the prepared skin and rub it in with an intensive lifting massage motion until partially absorbed. Leave on the skin for 10-15 minutes, wash off with water, and perform further aesthetic or cosmetic procedures.
Optionally: perform needle mesotherapy with HYDRA ROYAL or micro-needling with HYDRA ROYAL BOOSTER.
Then apply HYDRA ROYAL MASK to the skin and leave on for 15-20min.
For satisfactory and lasting results, perform 4-6 treatments, at 10-14 day intervals.
