Filler Lux tiene un gran stock de los productos estéticos más populares en nuestro almacén y, por lo tanto, estamos en condiciones de atender y enviar su pedido el mismo día.
Los pedidos realizados antes de las 3:00 p. m. se enviarán el mismo día.
Los pedidos realizados después de las 15:00 horas se enviarán el siguiente día laborable.
Los pedidos realizados el viernes después de las 3:00 p. m. se enviarán el primer lunes siguiente.

En el caso de que no dispongamos de todos los productos de tu pedido en stock, el envío suele ser de 3-6 días laborables más tarde salvo que se informe lo contrario.
Mensajero, número de seguimiento y tiempo de entrega
El mismo día en que se envía su pedido, recibirá un correo electrónico de envío con un número de seguimiento que le permitirá seguir su pedido desde que se recoge del almacén hasta que llega al destino de envío deseado.
La mayoría de los productos enviados por Filler Lux tendrán un mínimo de 6 meses de vida útil restante, con algunas excepciones en las que nos comunicaremos con el cliente antes del envío.
Filler Lux no es responsable de los errores en la entrega cuando la dirección de entrega proporcionada por el cliente sea incorrecta o cuando el cliente haya realizado cambios durante su tránsito.
Lamentablemente, no es posible recoger los pedidos en nuestro almacén.
Paquetes perdidos y envíos retrasados
El tiempo máximo de entrega dentro de los EE. UU. | Canadá | México es de sesenta (60) días hábiles, según lo establece la ley de Estados Unidos. El plazo máximo de entrega a Europa es de sesenta (60) días laborables, tal y como establece la aduana de la UE. Sin embargo, es muy inusual que una entrega tarde más de 1 a 3 días hábiles en EE. UU. y de 4 a 8 días hábiles en Europa. Si un paquete se retrasa o no se escanea, iniciaremos un caso con nuestros transportistas, pero no podemos reenviar ni reembolsar un paquete hasta después de los sesenta (60) días hábiles para EE. UU. y los sesenta (60) días hábiles para Europa.
Paquetes que han sido suspendidos en derechos de aduana
Tenga en cuenta que es responsabilidad del importador (cliente) conocer las normas y reglamentos de un país. Si un paquete se detiene en la aduana, le recomendamos que se comunique con su oficina de aduanas local e intente que el paquete sea liberado o lo rechace y nos lo reenvíe. Una vez que recibamos el paquete devuelto le reembolsaremos el valor de los productos. Tenga en cuenta que solo hacemos un reembolso si recibimos el paquete devuelto; no nos hacemos responsables de los bienes incautados.

Hyamino White counteracts hyperpigmentation in areas with blemish problems and provides an antioxidant shield useful against discolouration. Combination of uniquel ingredients that support skin repair processes and rebuild the protective barrier, useful against free radicals. Tranexamic acid and arbutin reduce discoloration and inhibit the appearance of hyperpigmentation in sensitive areas. The combination of vitamins and amino acids protects from the harmful effects of UV rays.
Indications:
Tranexamic Acid is indicated for the treatment of hyperpigmentation of endogenous and exogenous origin:
Endogenous causes
- Genetic or hormonal: melasma, chloasma, pregnancy mask, menopausal spots or from taking contraceptives.
- Age: solar lentigo or senile spots, also called liver spots.
- Genetic predisposition such as ephelides (commonly freckles, phototypes I and II). - Postinflammatory hyperpigmentation.
- Endogenous metabolic products deposits.
- Vascular disorders such as couperose (spider veins).
- Skin lesions such as acne.
Exogenous causes
- Exposure to UV rays or pollution or other external aggressions. - Taking prescription medications such as corticosteroids.
- Certain medical-aesthetic treatments such as laser.
Recommended protocol:
It is recommended to perform 2 sessions per month for 4-6 consecutive months to thoroughly treat hyperpigmentation, melasma, and other pigment concerns.
Treatment areas:
Treatment areas can include, face, neck, decolletage, hands, external vaginal area or any other area where the patient has excess pigmentation.
